Bean Tally is in private, owner-operated use. No customer accounts are open, and every figure and connection shown here is invented.

Bean Tally is bookkeeping and accounting software for AI agents and the people who oversee them. The product is currently in private, owner-operated use; this public page uses invented sample data.
Pilot planned for US ecommerce businesses on Xero; no pricing yet.

Keep the month moving, with the source trail in view.
Familiar work can follow rules you approve. New or uncertain activity stays visible for focused review.
Start with the source
Each payout is sorted into sales, shipping, tax, refunds, and fees, with evidence beside the explanation.
Reuse rules you approve
When familiar activity repeats, approved rules can handle it and report when they ran.
Review what is uncertain
Unexplained differences stay open. Bean Tally does not invent a balancing entry to make a payout fit.
What stays in Xero
Bean Tally is designed to work alongside Xero during coexistence. It does not claim the work in Xero is complete.
Xero keeps
- The official books of record while both products are in use.
- Its bank-feed reconciliation; a Bean Tally posting does not reconcile a Xero bank line.
- Its own edits and the history needed to explain conflicts.
Bean Tally is planned to
- Sort payouts into parts that connect to their source evidence.
- Run bookkeeping rules that you approved and show when they ran.
- Ask focused questions about activity it cannot prove.
A pilot for US ecommerce on Xero is planned.
There are no connected customer accounts, approved provider coverage, or validated prices yet.
